You can sell your own car for a fraction of what it would cost to rent a one-bedroom apartment.
And it all starts with a quick phone call to the car-buying portal AlgoCar.
The company has thousands of cars on the market, and you can sell a $200,000 Ford Focus for $150,000, or a $250,000 Jeep Wrangler for $200k.
But this is all about the car, not the person.
“Our goal is to provide a platform to connect you to an existing network of car-selling agents and brokerages to offer you the best of both worlds,” said AlgoCars founder and CEO Andrew Miller.
“We offer a suite of services to help you sell your vehicle and make sure you don’t get left behind in the race to the bottom.”
There are no fees to join the AlgoClub, or to buy your car, and the platform is free to join.
Miller says it’s an ideal solution for people who can’t find a buyer in a traditional marketplace.
But how does it work?
First you have to find a car you’re interested in, like a car with good performance or a budget-friendly car.
Then you can find out how much the vehicle would cost in a garage.
You can also compare offers to see which is the best price.
The site also shows you how much money you could earn if you sold the car online, for example.
You have a few options for getting the deal, including buying your car through a third party like a broker or leasing it.
Both of these options require an Algo membership and, as such, Algo Car charges a fee.
You also have to pay an upfront fee, which Miller says will vary depending on the amount of your purchase.
But once you have your car you can then sell it directly to the next buyer.
This service also allows you to sell cars to people who don’t have a vehicle to sell.
“There are certain people that have never owned a car and are willing to go out and buy a car, for the money,” said Miller.
AlgoCar is also looking into ways to help people who have been left behind by the traditional car-rental market.
In the future, the platform may offer discounts on cars, too.
“We want to make it easier for people to get into the car market, but we also want to give them a chance to make money off of their purchase,” said Marta Carpio, Algocar’s head of consumer marketing.
“That means making it easier to sell them the car they want.”
