The car sales industry is an incredible, yet frustrating, and confusing place.
Here are some things to keep in mind when it comes to car sales:What are the most popular car plate prices?
Car buyers tend to spend an average of $2,800 on car plates per year, but this figure is based on only the most common plates that have been on the market.
What’s more, it’s difficult to predict how much a car owner will pay.
That means it’s hard to predict what the average car price will be in the future, so it’s wise to know the market before you sign a car up for one.
To help you make sense of the prices and get an idea of how much it will cost to buy a new car, we’ve compiled a list of the most commonly offered car plates on the markets that we know about, along with their market price and sales history.
For the sake of simplicity, we’re only including the most widely available car plates, which can be found on the websites of major car brands, such as General Motors, Ford, Chevrolet, and Chrysler.

How do you get a car?
It’s important to know what the market price is for a car that you’ve bought, because that can affect how you spend your money.
To help you keep track of the market value of a car, and to find the cheapest car you can afford, we created a tool called a price tracker, which allows you to compare prices across multiple cars, including those you’ve purchased before.
To find out how much the average price of a new 2018 Ford Mustang is on its first day of sale, click on the “Car Price Tracker” link in the upper right-hand corner of the navigation bar.
Then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Compare prices.”
The tool will display the average retail price of the car, including any incentives and/or discounts, and how much you’ll be paying to get it.
